[Weather] Geomagnetic Storm Details

Attached is one-pager and email information from our Eastern Region
Operations Center regarding the G4 Geomagnetic Storm expected to impact the
US late today and especially May 11.

Please feel free to use it, or the information on it to brief your own
partners as needed if you wish. The sun-spot image is set to auto-update.
The G4 at the bottom must be pulled from SWPC's website at the top:
https://www.swpc.noaa.gov/
