[Weather] [2025.12.19 AM] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Strong to Damaging Winds Today

Good morning,

Please find attached an updated one page briefing and supporting graphics
regarding the strong to damaging winds today.

*Changes since last briefing:*

   - High Wind Warnings expanded to include Providence and all of southeast
   Massachusetts.

*Other key points:*

   - Strongest wind gusts to 55 to 65 mph are anticipated across Rhode
   Island from Providence southward, southeast Massachusetts and Cape Cod.
   - Strong post-frontal west wind gusts to 35 to 45 mph tonight, but risk
   for 45 to 55 mph gusts over the Berkshires and Worcester Hills.
