[Weather] [03.16.2026 AM] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Strong Winds, Heavy Rainfall And Flooding

Good morning,

Here is an updated briefing for the strong winds and heavy rainfall
expected through tonight. The only change is that High Wind Watches for
eastern MA and RI have been upgraded to High Wind Warnings.

Attached is the one-pager briefing along with several graphics indicating
current headlines, expected rainfall and maximum wind gusts.
