[Weather] [03.15.2026 PM] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Strong Winds, Heavy Rainfall And Flooding Monday and Monday night

Good afternoon,

Here is an updated briefing for the strong winds and heavy rainfall
expected Monday and Monday night. The forecast has not changed, but
headlines have been updated:

   - A Wind Advisory is in effect for the region outside of the current
   High Wind Watch
   - A Flood Watch is in effect for all areas except the outer islands.
   - A Storm Warning is in effect for strong winds on all waters.

Attached is the one-pager along with several graphical images indicating
current headlines, expected rainfall and maximum wind gusts.
