Due to increasing confidence in flooding, the Weather Prediction Center's Excessive Rainfall Outlook continues to highlight the entire region with a Slight Risk category (see attachment). This means both flash flooding and poor drainage flooding are a concern. Also attached is the Significant River Flood Outlook from the River Forecast Center. This product highlights the areas where rivers could reach moderate or greater flood stage from April 17 - 22, 2019. Stay tuned for further updates from your National Weather Service.
