An approaching low pressure system is expected to bring a wintry mix of snow, sleet and freezing rain early Sunday morning through Sunday night. The precipitation will begin across southern areas on Sunday morning and expand northward throughout the day. The steadiest precipitation will be Sunday afternoon through Sunday evening.
