Most of the precipitation is expected to occur between the Wednesday evening commute and the Thursday morning commute. However, snow could impact evening commute across the eastern Catskills, Schoharie Valley, mid-Hudson Valley, southern Taconics and northwestern Connecticut. Lingering sleet and freezing rain could impact the Thursday morning commute across east central New York and adjacent western New England.
