A wind advisory has been posted for the coastline of MA & RI - These strong winds combined with high astronomical tides will result in minor tidal flooding (minor inundation & coastal erosion) during the time of high tide Sunday morning & early afternoon. A coastal flood advisory has been posted for the entire coastline of MA and RI. - Heavy rain with 1-2" inches of rainfall, yielding minor street/highway flooding tonight. - With rivers and streams already swollen from heavy rain earlier this week, renewed minor flooding is possible across CT, RI and MA.
