Good morning, We are expecting scattered strong to severe thunderstorms this afternoon into evening. *What:* Scattered strong to severe thunderstorms this afternoon into evening. *Threats:* Localized damaging winds, large hail and urban poor drainage flooding. *Timing:* Mainly 2 to 10 PM, although isolated storms could develop earlier. *Location:* All of Southern New England, but the highest probability of severe storms will be over Northern MA and Northern CT, including the cities of Boston and Hartford.
