Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,

*A Flood Watch is in effect, mainly along and north of I-90, late Sunday
night through Tuesday morning.*

A band of showers and a few thunderstorms are expected tonight with minimal
impacts to the region expected at this time.  The next storm system later
this weekend has the potential to have s greater impact to the region with
an increase in snow melt and moderate rainfall.  The combination of these
hazards may result in flooding.  Please refer to the attached briefing for
additional information.
