Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,

*A Flood Watch is in effect for areas mainly along and north of I-90 and
southern Vermont for late Sunday night through Tuesday morning.*

The next storm system for late Sunday into early Monday will bring an
increase in snow melt and moderate to heavy rainfall.  The combination of
these hazards may result in flooding.  Please refer to the attached
briefing for additional information.
