[Weather] Severe Thunderstorm Watch in Effect

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued for Western and Central
Massachusetts including Middlesex Co., and for Connecticut. The Watch is in
effect through 9 PM.  A graphic showing the watch area has been attached.
