Good afternoon,

A storm system will bring heavy rain and some scattered thunderstorms to
southern New England late Monday through Tuesday. We are monitoring for
potential of urban and poor-drainage flooding with this event. See details
below:

*Thunderstorms / Heavy Rain / Flooding Potential ...*

   - Chance of heavy downpours,  localized urban and poor-drainage flood
   risk Monday afternoon through Tuesday.
   - Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches possible.
   - A few strong to severe storms are possible Monday afternoon into
   Tuesday, mainly along the south coast
