[Weather] [2020-12-16 AM] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Winter Storm Tonight into Thursday

Good morning,
Please find attached the latest briefing for the winter storm that is
expected to affect Southern New England tonight into Thursday. Heavy snow,
strong winds, minor coastal flooding, a flash freeze and hazardous marine
conditions are effects this system may bring to the region.
Winter Storm Watches have been converted to Winter Storm Warnings, with
Winter Weather Advisories for Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard. Snow amounts
were also increased especially across the interior.
Expect the next update to this briefing by 6 PM today.
