[Weather] NWS Boston EM Briefing - 1115 AM Saturday: Hurricane Henri

Hello all,

Henri is now a hurricane.  The track has shifted a tad eastward this
morning, prompting Hurricane Warnings for the RI coast.  Tropical Storm
Warnings have been issued for inland RI as well as farther east to Cape Cod
and Nantucket.
