[Weather] [2024.04.03 AM] NWS Boston EM Briefing - Storm System Late Today - Thursday

Good morning, all:

Attached is the latest briefing for the upcoming storm. While the forecast
remains largely unchanged, we have changed some headlines as the time gets
closer to the event. Thus, the Winter Storm Watches have been converted to
Warnings. Same goes for the High Wind Watches.

Still have some uncertainty of snowfall totals across northeast MA.
Temperatures are marginal, and a very subtle change could make a
significant difference.

The Coastal Flood Watch continues for the entire coast of RI and MA.
The tide of concern is still 3 cycles away. Further headline changes are
expected later today.
