[Weather] [2024.04.03 PM] NWS Boston EM Briefing - Storm System Late Today - Thursday

Good afternoon everyone,

Here is the final briefing package for this storm. The only changes since
this morning's update were:
1) expanding the Winter Weather Advisory into southern Worcester County and
part of Middlesex County for sleet
2) Coastal Flood Watch is now a Coastal Flood Warning for the east coast
and a Coastal Flood Advisory for the south coast.
