[Weather] [2024.02.11 PM] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Winter Storm Late Monday Night into Tuesday

Good afternoon,

Please find attached an updated briefing package regarding the expected
winter storm late Monday night through Tuesday. Since our briefing
earlier this afternoon, we have upgraded the Winter Storm Watch to a Winter
Storm Warning for southern New England north and west of I-95 excluding
extreme northwestern MA. More details can be found in the briefing package.
We will provide an updated briefing package no later than 6am tomorrow
morning.
