[Weather] [03.15.2026 AM] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Strong Winds and Heavy Rainfall Monday and Monday night

Good morning,

There are no changes to the forecast since the last briefing.

High Wind Watch continues for eastern MA and RI. A risk remains for minor
to moderate river flooding as well as flooding of small streams and
urban/poor drainage areas.
